A postnatal yoga class for mums with an experienced postnatal specialist and yoga teacher, focused on nurturing you in the postnatal period.  This 1.5 hour workshop will address areas of the body that may benefit from some gentle recovery, such as pelvic floor and core, with specific techniques, including breath work.  We’ll also practise sequences to relieve lower back pain, tight shoulders and strengthen wrists.  There will be time after the yoga session to talk about your experience and ask questions related to sleep, carrying and the emotional impact of motherhood over tea and cake.  The sessions aren’t specifically for babies (check out my Yoga Babies classes at for this), but you are very welcome to bring your baby.
