Prenatal sleep workshops

New parents are often most worried about how they’ll cope with sleep. This is an opportunity to think through your approach to sleep before your baby arrives. This approach is gentle and holistic, and we’ll never suggest sleep training or any kind of sleep shaping for a newborn baby. In the workshop, we’ll present the latest discoveries about infant sleep, so that you understand the needs and behaviour of your new baby and also we’ll aim to build confidence in your parenting approach and style. Also in this workshop, we’ll offer some tools and techniques for your own sleep and how to deal with lack of sleep as a new parent.
